Livewire Digital (stand OE390a), provider of integrated data, voice and video services, will be at IBC this year exhibiting its range of products used by the world’s leading broadcasters. Livewire Digital will also introduce its new software package M-Link JATS and present projects recently undertaken for the British Royal Navy, Volvo Ocean Race and Reuters.

Based on Livewire Digital’s existing M-Link range of solutions, M-Link Voyager H.264 AVC and M-Link IP-Reporter H.264 AVC provide broadcast quality video for comprehensive news gathering via satellite, mobile and IP networks. The addition of the new M-Link JATS will offer increased functionality and a new automated transfer agent to the existing Livewire Digital broadcasting product line.

The Royal Navy has enhanced its fleet of capital ships with new Livewire Digital broadcast systems. The material will be used for both internal purposes such as training and for interaction with the broadcast news channels. 

Reuters, the renowned news agency, have chosen to globally rollout Livewire’s M-Link Live professional broadcast system to complement their existing newsgathering capability. This enables live reporting from the field to bureaux over, over BGAN, 3G and IP.
