Livewire Digital's Alastair Matthews is in Dubai on the Inmarsat stand demonstrating the full range of M-Link products. Live video demonstrations are running from a BGAN terminal to the Exchange receiver. The video is being transmitted over BGAN X-Stream, Inmarsat's new IP streaming service, at 384kbps.

Livewire will be demonstrating it's native OSX client, ‘M-Link X’ and the latest range of waterproof HD cameras and microphones being used to capture the drama of the Volvo Ocean Race. M-Link X gives broadcasters a choice of platforms for their field equipment, without compromising video quality or transmission performance.
