Support Service

Livewire Digital provide a comprehensive support service to our customers. This ranges from assistance via telephone and email, remote control of client equipment, ad hoc site visits to planned support by engineering teams. The company has a dedicated infrastructure with test endpoints available for customers to validate their equipment or as a backup in the case of problems with their own infrastructure.

M-Link Support

Newsgathering in remote or hostile environments can be very challenging for the reporter and the equipment. Livewire Digital offers a comprehensive support package for our M-Link products offering expert advice on all aspects of using the equipment in conjunction with cameras, NLEs, IP networks and satellite terminals. For those Livewire Digital customers that wish to upgrade their existing equipment to the latest M-Link technology, a technology refresh path is available and forms part of the support package.
